Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because orders will be periodically packed and shipped as they are received, we are unable to accommodate refund requests.
SOVEREIGN will only be responsible for replacing or refunding items under the following circumstances:
- Order was not received due to mod error (e.g. address on shipping label does not match address on the order)
- Order contained incorrect, missing, or damaged* items.
We strive to ensure orders are packed accurately and safely. If there are missing or damaged items, please contact us via email with your order number and photos/video of your order being unboxed.
SOVEREIGN will not be responsible for refunding/replacing items under the following circumstances:
- Order was not received or was otherwise incorrect due to buyer error (e.g. buyer inputting the wrong address, ordering wrong items, etc).
- *Order was damaged after leaving shipping mod’s hands (e.g. was damaged during shipping or by courier mishandling — please contact your postal service).
- Buyer no longer wants items.

We will be shipping from the USA, via UPS or USPS. We are able to ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Haiti, Libya, Niue, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Yemen.

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.
